We describe a 55-year-old woman with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in the first remission who underwent nonmyeloablative stem cell transplantation with conditioning consisting of low-dose total body irradiation and postgrafting cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil.
