BACKGROUND The aim of the present report is to briefly discuss the possible underlying diseases in a syndrome of nonsyphilitic interstitial keratitis and vestibuloauditory symptoms. PATIENT A 46-year-old patient presented with interstitial keratitis, vestibuloauditory hearing reduction and necrotising atrophy of the nasal septum.
