PURPOSE The neutrophilic dermatoses are a group of skin diseases mainly characterized by an infiltration of the skin by normal polymorphonuclears, without any identifiable (infectious) cause. In this review we describe the main neutrophilic dermatoses and point on their multisystemic dimension.
