A 3-month-old infant with tetralogy of Fallot and absent pulmonary valve developed necrotizing tracheobronchitis following a radical repair. Right ventricular reconstruction using an equine pericardial valved conduit and plication of the main pulmonary arteries relieved compression of the left main bronchus by the dilated pulmonary artery.
