The effect of 1,4-dihydroisonicotinic acid derivative (1,4-DHINA), glutapyrone, on the frequency of sex-linked recessive lethals (SLRL), which were induced by ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) in spermatozoa, was studied in Drosophila males and females under different exposure conditions.
