[Modern aspects of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease].

Abstract

Current pharmacology being applied to gastroenterology develops in the following direction of production of antisecretory preparations: from histamine H2-receptor blockers and proton pump inhibitors to monoisomers of the latter, which makes it possible to optimize the drug therapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
