Midfacial necrosis due to the abuse of inhaled cocaine is a new entity that is included in the differential diagnosis of the midline destructive diseases such as Wegener's granulomatosis, polymorphic reticulosis, nasal lymphoma, infections and the idiopathic midline destructive disease.
