Metastatic malignancies of the hand are rare and they usually develop from lung, breast, and kidney tumors. Metastases to the bones of the hand can cause pain, swelling, soft tissue ulceration, and osteolytic destruction. We presented three patients with metastatic tumors of the hand, whose ages were 58 (male), 42 (female), and 40 (male) years.
