The authors present the therapeutical results of two clinical and histological homogeneous series of malignant gliomas. The first group includes 46 patients operated upon and treated successively by chemotherapy associating VM26 and CCNU, a conventional delayed radiotherapy 6 months after surgery and again chemotherapy.
