In the Trabecula septomarginalis (moderator band) of cattle, pig and pygmy goat regularly till to 6 arteries are found, which traverse from the interventricular septum to the M. papillaris magnus. At these intramural coronary arteries (diameter 100-800 microns)--without any exception--musculoelastic intimal thickenings are recognizable, which often may result in concentric luminal narrowings of a high degree. The genesis and importance of the specificities in the wall structure of the moderator…
Moderator Bands (Trabecula septomarginalis) of Mature Buffalo (Bosbubalis L.) with Special Emphasis on the Structure and Distribution of thePurkinje Cardiomyocytes: Histological and Histochemical
TLDR
Ten hearts of mature healthy Buffalo were employed to investigate the histological and histochemical structures of the moderator bands and found the moderator band was a single muscular band that was found only in the right ventricle of the buffalo heart.
Morphology of Moderator Bands (Septomarginal Trabecula) in Porcine Heart Ventricles
TLDR
It is assumed that moderator bands in the right and left ventricles play different primary functional roles, due to different amounts of conductive cells and muscle fibres in the bands.
Gross and microanatomical studies on the moderator bands (septomarginal trabecula) in the heart of mature Dromedary camel (Camelus dromedarius)
TLDR
Investigating the gross and microanatomical features of moderator bands (septomarginal trabecula) in camel heart revealed that the moderator band consisted of two major layers; the central (core) myocardium and the peripheral endocardium, acting as band capsule.
Papillary Muscles in the Heart Ventricles of the Mature Dromedary Camel (Camelus dromedaries) with Special References to the Chordae Tendineae:Gross and Microanatomy
TLDR
The present investigation was carried out on the papillary muscles of ten healthy mature dromedary camels to study the role of chordae tendineae, which are muscular projections from the walls of the right and left ventricles into their cavities and their role in processing many nipples like processes.
Papillary Muscles in the Heart Ventricles of the Mature Dromedary Camel (Camelus dromedaries) with Special References to the Chordae Tendineae: Gross and Microanatomy
TLDR
The present investigation was carried out on the papillary muscles of ten healthy mature dromedary camels and observed highly branched looked like the tree roots and the finger like projections in between the cardiac muscle fibers within the Papillary muscles.
