Diagnosis of intraabdominal bleeding caused by spleen injury must be performed in the shortest possible period of time, with little risk for the patient, and with high preciseness. By its simple performance, high preciseness and little risk for the patient, DPL imposes as the predominant method in initial diagnostic of intraabdominal bleeding.
