The aim was to investigate the cytolytic activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) induced by dendritic cells (DC) derived from human cord blood in vitro. Human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMNC) were cultured in vitro with addition of various cytokines.
