  • The injection of sarcolysine, methotrexate, thiophosphamide, cyclophosphamide, adryamycin and platidinum during glucose infusion is shown to increase their antitumour activity. The antitumour effectiveness of 5-FU did not increase under conditions of artificial hyperglycemia, while that of vincristine decreased. Intensification of the activity of some chemotherapeutic drugs in combination with hyperglycemia was observed against the background of their increased general toxic effects.
