OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprint of Folium Pyrrosiae for identification. METHODS The HPLC method was developed with Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm),and a mixture liquid of acetonitrile-0.8% acetic acid solution as mobile phase in a gradient elution.
