OBJECTIVE To present our experience using an autologous fibrin sealant prepared with the Vivostat system(®) to control haemostasis without any renal parenchymal reconstruction. MATERIAL AND METHODS We performed 45 laparoscopic partial nephrectomies using this haemostatic agent.
