Three patients were referred to our clinic with the chief complaint of emptiness of the right scrotal contents. Every physical examination in these patients revealed a little-finger-tip sized mass corresponding to the normal testis at the right side of the femoral region. Right orchiopexy by the dartos-pouch technique was successfully performed.
