[Expectations of participants in gerontological in-service courses as a didactic problem (author's transl)].

Abstract

In planning and teaching gerontological inservice courses one has to take into account the fact that the participants are adult learners who have certain expectations and interests. In the present article typical expectations are discussed and didactic conclusions for the future organization of in-service courses are drawn.
