Eighteen male patients, mean aged of 55.7 years, affected by psoriasis were treated for an average of 19 days with fluocinolone acetonide (FA) using an occlusive traditional dressing with a 0.025% cream or with a medicated plastic porous tape (8 micrograms/cm2), according to a controlled hemipart design.
