The effect of the perfusion with cholinomimetics and cholinolytics on the membrane potential and membrane conduction of the isolated frog sympathetic ganglion neurons was studied using the intracellular microelectrodes. The activation of nicotinic cholinoreceptors with carbachol, suberildicholine and tetramethylammonium evoked depolarization with an increase in membrane conduction.
