In 77 patients with chronic renal failure - all were conservative treated - exercise-tests were performed with the bicycle and in 67 cases spiro-ergometric tests. We found a correlation between the decrease of hemoglobin and the decrease of efficiency and a linear function between the decrease of hemoglobin and the increase of creatinin in serum.
