A comparative analysis of the effects of the concentrations of Ca2+ in external medium and the inhibitor (dantrolene) and activator (4-chloro-m-cresol) of rhyanodine-sensitive Ca2+ channels of carcoplasmic reticulum on the characteristics of potassium contracture in frog twitch and tonic skeletal muscles has been performed.
