OBJECTIVE To dynamically observe changes of subsets of splenocytes in mice immunized with recombinant Bifidobacteria bifidum (Bb)-Eg95-EgA31 vaccine of Echinococcus granulosus (Eg). METHODS BALB/c mice were vaccinated by 5 x 10(8) colony forming unit (CFU) orally and 5 x 10(5) CFU intranasally respectively.
