The possibility of utilizing antistaphylococcal vaccine and local phage lysate for complex therapy of chronic and acute haematogenous osteomyelitis in children is demonstrated on three clinical cases. The study reassurmes good experience with this therapy in adult patients with chronic osteomyelitis.
