[Clinical biochemical and genetic aspects of peroxisome-deficient disorders].


Peroxisome-deficient disorders including Zellweger syndrome, neonatal adrenoleukodystrophy and infantile Refsum disease are characterized by hypotonia, psychomotor delay, hepatomegaly and dysmorphism.
