Papillon-Lefèvre Syndrome (PLS) is a rare disease accompanied by palmo-plantar hyperkeratosis and rapidly progressive periodontal breakdown of deciduous and permanent dentition. Two unrelated female PLS patients, four and seven years old, with severe periodontal destruction were examined.
