Cerebral cortex was studied morphologically in rabbits with concussion of brain induced by gunshot injury. The extent of severity was modelled by the bullet rate. No significant bleeding followed the injury allowing to observe the animals during the necessary terms (7-14 d.) Morphological study included light optical and electron microscopy.
