BACKGROUND Behçet's disease is a chronic inflammatory disorder, clinically characterised by multisystemic vasculitis. Primary neurologic involvement in childhood is quite exceptional. We report a case of a child with recurrent venous thrombosis of the dural sinus. Behçet's disease was diagnosed.
