We describe a case of 8-year-old female patient with Rett syndrome undergoing bilateral tonsillectomy and adenotomy. She was monitored with BIS and neuromuscular monitor using TOF during total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) with propofol, remifentanil, ketamine and rocuronium.
