INTRODUCTION Anterior tibial muscle hernia is the most frequent lower extremities muscle hernia. The aim of this paper was to present a possibility of a new surgical technique for anterior tibial muscle hernia reparation. CASE REPORT We presented three cases of anterior tibial muscle hernia in adolescents. The cases were diagnosed clinically and ultrasonographically.
