A 25-year-old woman was diagnosed as having the multiple fungal liver abscess which developed just after the re-induction chemotherapy, 13 months after the onset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Although chemotherapy for leukemia was suspended, her leukemia did not relapse. The multiple fungal liver abscess was successfully treated with anti-fungal drugs for the following 12 months.
