[A case of stage IV gastric cancer with multiple liver metastases responding to chemotherapy with weekly PTX after failure of chemotherapy with S-1 and CDDP combination].

A 65-year-old male with type 5 gastric cancer and two lesions of liver metastases was initially treated with S-1/CDDP. After completion of the second course, however, the progression of liver metastases and appearance of massive ascites were detected with CT scan, and dysphagia appeared.
