[A case of chorea-acanthocytosis associated with low glycohemoglobin A1c].

Abstract

We reported the first case of chorea-acanthocytosis associated with low glycohemoglobin A1c. Fasting blood sugar, daily profile of blood sugar, serum fructosamine and 75 g glucose tolerance test were all within normal limits.
