A 65-year-old man underwent coronary angiography (CAG) after 10 hours from the onset of myocardial infarction. We observed large Thrombi at the filling defect in the proximal site and mid-portion of the right coronary artery. CAG showed that they had disappeared completely without residual stenosis on the 4th day.
