An account of the main features (micrognathia, glossoptosis and cleft palate) and aetiopathogenetic interpretation of Pierre Robin's syndrome, as well as the various types of treatment that have been employed, is followed by a description of 3 personal cases (all typical examples and without concomitant abnormalities).
