We review the status of mixing of neutral $B$-mesons, including a discussion of the current precision of Standard Model (SM) predictions as well as the space that is left for effects of new physics. In that respect we present several observables, which are particularly sensitive to the remaining new physics (NP) parameter space. $B$-mixing can also be used to test the fundaments of quantum mechanics, here we suggest a new measurement of the ratio of like-sign dilepton events to opposite-sign…

We compute the perturbative corrections to the HQET sum rules for the matrix element of the \Delta B=2 operator that determines the mass shift of $B^0$, $\bar{B}^0$ states. Technically, we obtain

A bstractModels of extended gauge mediation, in which large A-terms arise through direct messenger-MSSM superpotential couplings, are well-motivated by the discovery of the 125 GeV Higgs. However,
The flavour of warped extra dimensions
Models with warped extra dimensions offer a promising solution to the hierarchy problem. However, it is known that flavour changing neutral currents arise at tree level in models with warped extra
Measuring Semileptonic Asymmetries in LHCb
The $C\!P$-violating flavour-specific asymmetry in neutral $b$ mesons provides a method for testing the Standard Model. The measurements from the D0 experiment yield values of this asymmetry that
