Top-level gymnasts were examined in 1976 and in 1980. During both examinations X-ray osteal changes as a result of training were found. The radiological features of two children with chondrodysplasia punctata are presented. According to the classification of Spranger case 1, a 2 year-old boy, belongs to the Conradi-Hünermann-syndrome, and case 2, a 13 month-old girl, to the rhizomelic type.
