New species of Trichoderma in the Harzianum, Longibrachiatum and Viride clades

During field surveys in central and southwestern China, three new species, Trichoderma acremonioides, T. rugosum and T. subalni were discovered and their phylogenetic positions were determined based on sequence analyses of RPB2 and EF-1α genes.

Multi-locus phylogeny reveals two new species of Exidia (Auriculariales, Basidiomycota) from China

Investigations into the perplexing interrelationship of the Genus Takifugu Abe, 1949 (Tetraodontiformes, Tetraodontidae)

The results indicate that the genus Takifugu is a monophyletic assemblage; the genus is divided into 6 subgroups based on the molecular data; and there is low genetic diversity among the species within this genus.
