Cupriavidus oxalaticus strain X32 is reported, which showed encouraging PAA-degradation abilities, Paa-tolerance, and alkali tolerance, and could be a promising candidate for the bioremediation of P AA-contaminated sites, especially in alkaline and oligotrophic surroundings.
