OBJECTIVE To evaluate result of tympanoplasty in only hearing ear. METHOD 15 cases were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were operated by tympanoplasty for middle ear diseases with conductive deafness. The contralateral ears of all cases had sensorineural deafness.
