High concentration BPA delayed the transfer of embryos to the uterus, damaged blastocyst development before implantation, and inhibited embryo implantation.

Together, these results clearly demonstrated BPA retarded the preantral follicle growth in vitro through interfering with the synthesis and secretion of E2 and reducing the expressions of ER, GDF-9 and BMP-15, and led to the abnormal meioses of oocytes through reducing p-Erk1 and p-CaMKII expressions in the pre antral follicles.
CD147 modulates autophagy through the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in human prostate cancer PC-3 cells
Prostrate cancer PC-3 cells were cultured under starvation conditions, and the expression level of CD147 gradually increased, indicating that CD147 may be important in the inhibition of autophagy via the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, which prevents cell death from unrestrained autophagic progression.
