Genotoxicity of fungi evaluated by SOS microplate assay.
The chemical analysis revealed that the dihydrobisfuranoids were the major genotoxic metabolites of several Aspergillus species, and the modified SOS microplate assay method was established and applied for the evaluation of genotoxicity of mycotoxins and fungal cultures.

A modified mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) assay was developed and can distinguish immunosuppressors from cytotoxic agents, and the highest response was observed with the combination of splenocytes of C3H/He mice as a stimulator and those of C57BL/6 as a responder.
Relationship of Frequency of Wiping with Disinfectant and Decrease in Bacteria on Environmental Surfaces in General Wards
The number of living bacteria on the environmental surface were signiˆcantly decreased by increasing the frequency of wiping with disinfectant from once to twice a day.
