It shows that the growth traits of O. potamophila were likely controlled by 10 QTLs distributed on three genetic linkage groups (LG4, LG6 and LG16), and found marker24165 was both associated with body length and associated withBody weight, which will be useful in marker-assisted selection studies for the fish.
