Analysis of the Gut Microbiota by High-Throughput Sequencing of the V5–V6 Regions of the 16S rRNA Gene in Donkey
High-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA genes V5–V6 hypervariable regions from gut fecal material is performed to characterize the gut microbiota of healthy donkeys and compare the difference of gut microbiota between male and female donkeys.

The muscle development transcriptome landscape of ovariectomized goat
Five independent cDNA libraries were constructed to thoroughly explore the global transcriptome, further to reveal how the ovariectomized ewes influence muscle development by Illumina2000 sequencing technology, and showed that 9 and 1 genes were significantly and approximately significantly expressed in control and treatment group, respectively, and the results of RNA-seq are believable in this study.
The nutritional ingredients and antioxidant activity of donkey milk and donkey milk powder
It is indicated that basic components of donkey milk were closed to human milk, especially lactose, and donkey milk and powder are typical low-fat and low-cholesterol foods.
Activation of Nrf2 by Phloretin Attenuates Palmitic Acid-Induced Endothelial Cell Oxidative Stress via AMPK-Dependent Signaling.

The findings reveal that phloretin attenuates PA-induced oxidative stress in HUVECs via the AMPK/Nrf2 antioxidative pathway and restored the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP).
A novel lncRNA, lnc403, involved in bovine skeletal muscle moygenesis by mediating KRAS/Myf6.
This study provides a new perspective for further understanding of the regulation mechanism of lncRNAs on bovine myogenic process and shows that lnc403 affects skeletal muscle cell differentiation by affecting the expression of nearby genes and interacting proteins.
Parallel comparative proteomics and phosphoproteomics reveal that cattle myostatin regulates phosphorylation of key enzymes in glycogen metabolism and glycolysis pathway
The data revealed that increase in abundance of key enzymes and phosphorylation on their regulatory sites appears responsible for the enhanced glycogenolysis and glycolysis in MSTN−/−.
A novel lncRNA promotes myogenesis of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells via PFN1‐RhoA/Rac1

It is supported that lnc23 may reduce the inhibiting effect of PFN1 on RhoA and Rac1 by binding toPFN1, thereby promoting myogenic differentiation and promoting bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells via PFN 1‐RhoA/Rac1.
Whole-genome sequencing to identify candidate genes for litter size and to uncover the variant function in goats (Capra hircus).
To select candidate genes for goat prolificacy, we managed six multi- and six single-kid female goats at the same feeding level and in the same management mode over a 4-year period. These goats…
Microarray Analysis of the Gene Expression Profile and Lipid Metabolism in Fat-1 Transgenic Cattle
The information obtained in this study indicated that the introduction of an exogenous fat-1 gene into cattle affects the gene expression profile and the process of lipid metabolism in these animals.
