Eight hundred and two digits (592 complete amputation and 210 incomplete amputations) of 549 patients were replanted. A 3-year-old girl developed acute oliguric renal failure after accidental ingestion of nitrofurantoin (190 mg/kg body weight). The time interval between poisoning and the onset of renal failure was 9 days. She later recovered with symptomatic management.
