This paper forms the attention mechanism into an expectation-maximization manner and iteratively estimate a much more compact set of bases upon which the attention maps are computed, which is robust to the variance of input and is also friendly in memory and computation.
Tet2 is required to resolve inflammation by recruiting Hdac2 to specifically repress IL-6
It is shown that Tet2 selectively mediates active repression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) transcription during inflammation resolution in innate myeloid cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, and mechanistic evidence is provided for the gene-specific transcription repression activity of Tet2 via histone deacetylation and for the prevention of constant transcription activation at the chromatin level for resolving inflammation.

Regulation of a remote Shh forebrain enhancer by the Six3 homeoprotein
A rare nucleotide variant located 460 kb upstream of SHH in an individual with HPE that resulted in the loss of Shh brain enhancer-2 (SBE2) activity in the hypothalamus of transgenic mouse embryos is described, suggesting a direct link between Six3 and Shh regulation during normal forebrain development and in the pathogenesis of HPE.

It is shown that both bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)2 and BMP4 can induce commitment of C3H10T1/2 pluripotent stem cells into adipocytes, and this findings indicate that the BMP/Smad signaling pathway has a dominant role in adipocyte lineage determination.

Results indicate that astrocytes can serve as a target of Th17 cells and IL-17 in the CNS, and SOCS3 participates in IL- 17 functions in the central nervous system as a negative feedback regulator.
