Degradation of Microcystin-LR and RR by a Stenotrophomonas sp. Strain EMS Isolated from Lake Taihu, China
A bacterial strain EMS with the capability of degrading microcystins (MCs) was isolated from Lake Taihu, China and Sequencing analysis of the translated protein from mlrA suggested that MlrA might be a transmembrane protein, which suggests a possible new protease family having unique function.
Mutation of the protein kinase A phosphorylation site influences the anti-proliferative activity of mitofusin 2.
High-order photobleaching of green fluorescent protein inside live cells in two-photon excitation microscopy.

The results suggest that in applications where two-photon imaging of GFP is used to study dynamic molecular process, photobleaching may ruin the Imaging results and attention should be paid in interpreting the imaging results.
A New Lyngbyatoxin from the Hawaiian Cyanobacterium Moorea producens
12-epi-lyngbyatoxin A showed comparable toxicities with lyngby atoxin A in cytotoxicity and crustacean lethality tests, but showed more than 100 times lower affinity for protein kinase Cδ (PKCδ) using the PKCδ-C1B peptide when compared to lyngbysbyat toxin A.

A method for estimating systolic and diastolic BP based only on a PPG signal is developed, using the multitaper method (MTM) for feature extraction, and an artificial neural network (ANN) for estimation.
Long-term recording on multi-electrode array reveals degraded inhibitory connection in neuronal network development.
Bisphenol A and Ovarian Reserve among Infertile Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
- W. Zhou, Fang Fang, Wenting Zhu, Zilin Chen, Yanzhi Du, Jun Zhang

The results suggest that in women with PCOS, BPA may affect ovarian follicles and, therefore, reduce ovarian reserve.
Thymol Mitigates Cadmium Stress by Regulating Glutathione Levels and Reactive Oxygen Species Homeostasis in Tobacco Seedlings
Thymol has great potential to trigger plant resistant responses to combat heavy metal toxicity, which may help the understanding of the mechanism for thymol-modulated cell metabolic pathways in response to environmental stimuli.
A double-differenced cycle slip detection and repair method for GNSS CORS network
Abstract The difficulty to detect and repair cycle slip of carrier phase measurements is a key limit for continuously high accuracy of GNSS positioning and navigation services. We propose an…
A resting‐state fMRI study of obese females between pre‐ and postprandial states before and after bariatric surgery
- L. Wiemerslage, W. Zhou, H. Schiöth
- Medicine, BiologyThe European journal of neuroscience
