A very precise and reproducible micropipetting technique is described for the introduction of the vesicants into the penetration apparatus, and it is suggested that the permeability of the skin to H vapor is not altered during a 30 minute exposure, due to retention on the skin surface of an appreciable quantity of benzyl-H.
