The results of the experiments with nocodazole suggest that, in filamentous homobasidiomycetes the subtle organization of cytoplasm necessary for the polar growth at the apex is maintained only in the presence of an intact MT cytoskeleton.
Establishment of Muc1 Gene Knockout Mouse Model
