We study the minimal non-trivial subdegrees of finite primitive permutation groups that admit an embedding into a wreath product in product action, giving a connection with the same quantity for the primitive component. We discover that the primitive groups of twisted wreath type exhibit different (but interesting) behaviour from the other primitive types.(More)
Nowadays grid technologies are the key to success for large-scale projects. LHC accelerator with its physical installations is one of the directions where the distributed infrastructure for data processing comes in hand. In this paper an overview of the grid infrastructure at JINR is given. Some statistics is brought up along with case studies of successful(More)
