In this case, a patient with a cloacal malformation with a cystic pelvic mass was reported, fluid debris was seen on prenatal ultrasound which septate representing hydrocolpos of duplicating vagina causing meconium and vaginal secretions accumulate in the compliant structure of vagina causing Hydrocolpos which are rare condition rather than fetal ascites.
